About Us
At EVOLV Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics, we believe in creating a work environment and culture that is based on compassion, caring, and education for our patients as well as each other.
As one of the most experienced and comprehensive surgical and non-surgical aesthetics practices in the Midwest, we have created a team of professionals focused on the highest standards in our profession and a passion for patient care and ongoing education.
Careers at EVOLV
The EVOLV Team is led by Dr. Frank Barone, a nationally recognized Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 30 years of experience in surgical and non-surgical aesthetics as well as presenting at national seminars and training other physicians and professionals in aesthetics. The EVOLV providers comprise Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Licensed Aestheticians with more than 150 years of combined experience in all areas of aesthetics and professional skin care.
Our Team
The aesthetic team at EVOLV attends yearly national and local training seminars, earns advanced certifications in aesthetics, and trains many other nurses and aestheticians in a variety of aesthetic treatments and procedures. The administrative business staff leaders at EVOLV consist of our office administrators, director of marketing and aesthetics, a patient care coordinator, billing and coding, and our exceptional front desk team.
