When we reserve time for you, we require all that time to provide you with the best quality of care possible. Even one late patient can cause the entire daily schedule to fall behind.
If you arrive more than ten minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule the appointment. Our providers strive to stay on time, but we realize we also run late. Sometimes a patient comes in that requires additional attention, which can cause delays. We will do our very best to notify you when this occurs.
