Neograft hair restoration (grafting) is the best long-term solution for moderate to severe hair loss but is not typically necessary if the thinning is not extensive as the bioregenerative options and oral and topical products are very effective in most patients.  A review of your hair loss history, family genetics and lifestyle with your EVOLV provider will help guide you in determining your best option.

Although this is a personal choice, initiating treatment at the earlier stages of hair loss provides the most satisfying, long lasting, and natural results and are also more cost effective.

Although Rogaine has been FDA approved and does provide some temporary improvement in growth, it is one dimensional while the causes of hair loss are multidimensional.  In addition, the result is short lived, and Rogaine is not effective on all patients nor in all areas of scalp thinning.  Also scalp irritation and other side effects may be experienced.  We have found far greater benefits for our patients in a comprehensive approach utilizing Rogaine with other compounds to block hormonal hair loss (finasteride) and improve scalp health and circulation (Retin A), along with oral supplements.  Bioregenerative techniques with PRP, stem cell growth factors (Kerafctor), exosomes, and stem cell nanofat have much longer lasting stimulatory effects on regenerating hair follicles.
