Frank Barone, MD, FACS
Owner, MD, FACS | Since 1987
Dr. Frank Barone is a nationally recognized, board-certified plastic surgeon in Toledo with decades of experience in both surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic rejuvenation. He is the founder and medical director of EVOLV Medical Aesthetics, where he leads a team focused on personalized, holistic care with natural-looking, long-lasting results. A respected educator and clinical researcher, Dr. Barone has contributed to advancements in aesthetic medicine and trained surgeons nationwide. He also serves as a clinical faculty member at the University of Toledo and has volunteered on over 30 Operation Smile missions worldwide.
