Michelle Rodriguez

Michelle is a highly experienced Surgical Technologist who joined EVOLV Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics in Toledo in August 2021. She brings over 19 years of surgical expertise, with nearly a decade of that time spent working directly alongside Dr. Frank Barone on aesthetic surgical procedures. Michelle is certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting and is known for her calm, skilled presence in the operating room.

She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology from Ivy Tech Community College in 2003 and began her career working in trauma hospitals in Indiana. After relocating to Ohio in 2009, Michelle continued her work in surgical care at local outpatient surgery centers. Her extensive background and hands-on experience have made her a trusted and valued part of the EVOLV surgical team. Michelle is passionate about providing a seamless and comfortable experience for every patient, whether in-office, pre-op, post-op, or during surgery itself.

Michelle finds the most fulfillment in building lasting relationships with patients and contributing to their improved confidence and quality of life. She lives in Toledo with her husband and son and enjoys crafting, volunteering, and cheering on her son at sporting events. Her caring nature and deep dedication make her a perfect fit for EVOLV’s mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics.
