Revance has developed a hyaluronic acid formula that is resilient enough to hold up through facial movements, allowing it to not only treat static wrinkles that are always visible but also dynamic wrinkles.
This unique resilient hyaluronic acid (RHA) formula is the first of its kind and can help conceal wrinkles throughout the face and lips. Currently, we offer RHA 2, 3, and 4 depending on each patient’s anatomy, aging patterns, and desired cosmetic goals.
RHA injectables are FDA-approved in adults aged 22 or older who are good candidates for an injectable wrinkle reduction treatment.

How Revance Dermal Fillers Works
Step 01.
If you’re interested in the new dynamic, resilient hyaluronic acid dermal filler treatment, first schedule an appointment to be examined and consulted about whether RHA fillers are right for your unique concerns and medical history. Once you’ve decided on a treatment plan after our expert recommendations, we’ll schedule a time for your treatment.
Step 02.
At your appointment, you will be made comfortable with a topical numbing anesthetic prior to the actual injections of RHA.
We have many options for helping you relax and calm down if you’re nervous, including Pro-Nox and Frozen C Cryotherapy
Step 03.
After a final review of the treatment plan, the facial skin is cleaned with an antiseptic. The injections will then be made throughout the treatment area.
Your provider may ask you to make certain expressions before or during the treatment to get a better idea of the best place to put the filler for the most natural result at rest and during facial movements.
Step 04.
Your results will be reviewed and are visible immediately. We send you on your way with no required downtime after RHA injections, and with instructions on how to care for your treatment area throughout the next week to ensure the best results.
Revance Dermal Fillers Available at EVOLV
RHA 2
RHA 2 is used to correct moderate to severe more superficial facial wrinkles in the lower face (nasolabial lines), around the mouth, and under the eyes; ideal for fine lines.
RHA 3
When injected into the mid-to-deep dermis, RHA 3 corrects and improves deep folds both at rest and in motion.
RHA 4
RHA 4 is used throughout the lower face and jawline to correct deeper folds and dynamic wrinkles.
Resilient Hyaluronic Acid
Revance has created a new and more natural type of hyaluronic acid that is extremely similar to the hyaluronic acid that your skin naturally produces. Wrinkles form during the aging process in part due to a slowdown in the production of hyaluronic acid and the weakening of skin cells along with facial movement over the years.
With RHA, you not only fill in for lost volume with injected HA but also help volumize the wrinkles that form when smiling and other facial movements. Previously available treatments for these wrinkles relied on reducing muscle activity since other hyaluronic acid formulas do not hold up nor look as natural with facial movement and expression.
