Introducing Dr. Peter Koltz
evolv has some exceptional news to share with our readers, as well as the Toledo community!
We are all very excited to announce that Dr. Peter Koltz will be moving to Toledo joining St. Luke’s Hospital and working with Dr. Barone and evolv Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics starting this July.
Dr. Koltz is a Toledo native and graduate of St. John’s Jesuit High School and just completed his one-year post-graduate fellowship at the world-renowned Institute for Microvascular Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Dr. Koltz completed a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency as well as a General Surgery Residency at the prestigious University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Kotz is married to Dr. Brooke Koltz, also a physician, and they have four young children.
I believe that having a physician and plastic surgeon with Dr. Koltz’s exceptional training background and research experience will be a tremendous and positive opportunity for the entire Toledo and Northwest Ohio community.
In addition to having a strong background in all areas of plastic surgery, Dr. Koltz completed an additional year of fellowship training, which will bring to our community the most advanced techniques in reconstruction and microvascular tissue transfer, providing breast cancer and other complex cancer patients’ unique options and advantages after cancer resection, radiation and other deformities.
Dr. Koltz’s unique training and skill will provide our evolv Plastic Surgery practice with the most comprehensive and state-of-the-art services and programs in plastic surgery and aesthetics; a tremendous opportunity and benefit for our community.
Please join us in welcoming Drs. Peter and Brooke Koltz and their family back to the Toledo area. We invite all of you to stop by evolv to learn more about this exciting news!
